1. How can I form a partnership?

If you send us an email requesting a partnership, we will send you an agreement. If you sign after checking the transaction regulations, we invite you to the partnership.

2. What are the partnership requirements?

We provide wholesale transactions for those who sell albums in Korea or abroad. We also provide for businesses that are operating on social media or online platforms.

3. When does delivery start?

After the payment is completed, delivery will start when all products within the same order are ready. Partial shipment is not possible, so we recommend putting separate orders for albums with different release date.

4. How do I pay?

The currency is displayed depending on the language setting, and various payment methods such as wire transfer, PayPal, and credit card are available.

If you have a business registered in Korea, we issue a tax invoice only for payments via [Direct Money Transfer].

6. Is it reflected in Official Charts?

All albums purchased are 100% reflected in Hanteo Chart, CIRCLE Chart and Music Bank Chart sales figures when the albums are stocked.
